Saltcoats were denied a deserved draw in this pre-season friendly by a last minute strike by Johnstone Burgh.The home side went ahead in 8 mins and the score remained 1-0 till half -time. Gary Taylor equalised in the 69th. min. with a shot curled into the top right -hand corner of the net. Johnstone Burgh regained the lead 10 mins later,but ,Saltcoats fought back and equalised again through Alistair Ross in the 82nd min. In the last min. Johnstone Burgh scored the winning goal with a "wonder strike" from over 20 yds. out. This time there was way back for Saltcoats.
