At the time of Gary Taylor's sending off the score stood at 1-1 and Saltcoats were more than holding their own.Ally Ross had scored an equaliser and Saltcoats were imposing themselves on the game.In the second half Saltcoats started well despite beeing a man down before falling out of the game midway through the half, losing three quick goals in the process. Ally Ross then scored his second to make it 4-2 .  Unfortunately Winton went straight up the park and made the final score 5-2.
