Muirkirk 2–5 Saltcoats Vics — SJFA West Region Ayrshire District League, 6 Apr 2013

Saltcoats started this game well with the wind at thier back, but fell a goal behind on 10mins when Peck scored from 25yds after a corner was clearded, but Saltcoats to thier gredit stuck to the task and were back level on 22min when Jordan Stewart rose to meet a Quinn corner and make it 1-1, there was a few more chances in the first half the pick of was a Quinn free kick which went just wide but the score remained  Muirkirk 1 Saltcoats 2.

You expected Muirkirk to come out and have a go in the second half but it just didnt happen as Saltcoats controled the game, and it was over in 55mins when Santos scored his second and Saltcoats third after beating the defender and firing home to make it 3-1. Muirkirk did pull one back from an og from a corner kick but Saltcoats got thier 2 goal advantage back 2mins later when monan was brought down in the box and not only did Quinn make it 4-2 but defender Arther was sent packing as well. On 69mins things got worse for Muirkirk when McMillan was red carded for a tackel on Stewart, to put them down to 9 men. Quinn rounded of the scoring with his own second and number 5 for Vis on 82mins. All in all a good team performance with a few players missing and a good 3 points.
