As preparations continue for the 2026/27 season and our long-awaited return to Campbell Park, Saltcoats Victoria FC are looking to recruit enthusiastic volunteers to help operate our brand new kitchen and café area on matchdays.
The new facility will play an important role in enhancing the matchday experience for supporters, players, officials and visitors, and we are keen to build a reliable and welcoming team to help make it a success.
Whether you have experience in hospitality, catering or food service, or simply enjoy cooking and being part of a community environment, we would love to hear from you.
What We're Looking For
We are seeking volunteers who are:
- Friendly, reliable and enthusiastic
- Comfortable working as part of a team
- Passionate about providing a positive experience for supporters
- Committed to maintaining high standards of food hygiene and customer service
The Role May Include
- Preparing and serving hot and cold food
- Making teas, coffees and refreshments
- Taking customer orders and handling payments
- Keeping kitchen and serving areas clean and organised
- Following food hygiene and food safety procedures
- Helping create a welcoming atmosphere on matchdays
A basic understanding of food hygiene and safety would be beneficial, although guidance and support will be available for the right volunteers.
